I love Lunch Time!

I said it before... but I love lunch time more than ever. Today, I snuck down the stairs and watched Barrett playing in the living room for a couple of minutes and then I went into the kitchen to fix my lunch. I heard him drop his toy and come crawling at top speed toward the kitchen. I grabbed the camera and got down on the floor to get this shot just as Barrett turned the corner and saw me.

He crawled right over to me and then, instead of hugging my neck, he just rolled over right in my lap and looked up at me with a big grin. I still had the camera so I snapped a photo.

I'm so glad I captured this special moment. It is wonderful when he catches sight of me and smiles real big!

Later in the day I came down to refill my glass of water and he heard me in the kitchen and came crawling again and of course I took another picture. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this smile!
